Security/Damage Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $250 deposit or 20%, whichever is greater.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted for deposit.
The balance due is payable by check 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 90 days if reservation is 4 weeks or greater.
We will ask for a damage/extra cleaning agreement to be signed on arrival in lieu of a damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. There are no refunds within 90 days.
Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation plus a $35 non-refundable booking fee when deposit is refunded.
